「We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore village B&B! We stayed in the Carolina cottage, and it was pristine, loved the bathtub and comfortable bed! We also loved being close to everything!」

「Our room was very spacious. We traveled with for ladies. The room was very clean. We could not of asked for more from the free breakfast. The items changed daily. Front desk was very helpful. This location was very close to the Biltmore. 」

「I can’t say anything negative about this establishment, and if I could it wouldn’t be for a lack of effort on the employee’s part! Every instance the staff were eager to assist us with anything from passionately recommending restaurants, cleaning rust off the bathroom vanities, coming in on some of their off days to salt the walkways when it snowed, and even sharing the recipe for their wonderful chocolate banana bread. 「When we checked in the room,I ordered a king suite.I was told that all the king suites were occupied and that my king suite was under maintenance (had been for over (the room had been in maintenance at least 3).O was told they called Expedia and Expedia was supposed to notify me.I cant find a notification. The front desk told me I was getting a king studio and a$15 discount for each day we stayed. I was clear this offer was not acceptable. We get to the studio and the room is horrible. I asked...

「good location, convenient and 5 minutes away from Biltmore Estate. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi were the added bonus for our kids. Our family was pleased with our stay. The only suggestion or complaint we have is the toilet seat needs a bigger cover. It’s a square shape toilet and cover isn’t covering the entire toilet. Other than that all is fine! 」
