「Our second stay at this hotel, as previous, the hotel is immaculately clean with friendly front desk staff. In fact, the friendliness was spread out amongst all the staff. Magnificent breakfast and clean rooms at a very affordable price. Excellent hotel!」

「Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service!
