「This is a very old minor castle that’s been converted to a hotel. There is no air conditioning, so some of the rooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in late summer. The property is in a very remote location in a tiny village surrounded by vineyard. There aren’t many options for eating, but the good news is that the food at this place is quite outstanding, some of the best food you can find anywhere. 「This property was amazing. Rey modern with every convenience. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, even when I was trying my rudimentary Italian. The breakfast was the best I had at a hotel on my 10 day trip throughout Italy. There is some paid street parking which was a little difficult. I chose to pay for a spot at the train station parking garage right across the street, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would absolutely stay again. 」
