"Great room"

"We requested the handicap accessible room specifically to for the walk in shower. On the second morning my husband fell in the shower and hit his head on the shower chair! Hopefully it’s not gonna amount to more than bumps and bruises. When I tried to let the manager know about it and suggested that that they should have non skid surface he seemed not interested that my husband fell and did not even ask how he was. He just kind of sneered at me. We had a pleasant stay until the morning but we will not stay here again"

"Front desk staff worked with me to book my room after a reservation app did not reserve the room and they honored the rate I paid thru the app. Overall had a great experience from checking in and out. "

"I've stayed here many times over the past 5 years or so. This has been a nice property over the years, but the room I got seemed to have a bit more wear than I remember in the past. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, generally pretty clean. Great breakfast with a courteous breakfast staff. The only challenge was that the room doors are very loud when closing, so throughout the night I would wake up as other guests were going in and out of their rooms. Overall a great place to stay. I really like the room layouts with the desk, seating area and television setup. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was well lit. The location was convenient. The breakfast was awesome with waffles, eggs, hash browns, sausage, tortillas for breakfast burritos, yogurt, bagels, fruit, and more."

"The only problem I had was that the bed was very lumpy and worn out. GM said they were in the process to renovate the hotel. So I’m sure that will change. "
