We are awfully sorry for not understanding your Chinese language, we will try to learn more about the Chinese Language however, our mainly language at Hotel will use English. Besides, I would like to explain our minibar, it was set up in your room. We informed the price of minibar when you checked in, when you check out we will check again, and if you did not use it, we could not charge you anything without room charge, even our housekeeper found bin for a bottle of water in your room.
