Our experience at this hotel was amazing. First time to Vietnam and booked different Hotel nearby but after one night we moved to The Oriental Jade Hotel and that experience was awesome. The staff was very attentive and Bar had great view of Old Quarter from rooftop. I will be returning next time in Vietnam.

Very nice room, comfortable bed. Multiple pillows, something not seen in Vietnam in my other stays, and important for sleep comfort for my old bones. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Ms. Le helped to arrange everything from spa appointments to transportation to ideas of places to go and things to see or do. The hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily without request. The food is delicious and some of the best we had while in Hanoi. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Simply incredible! The staff were the most friendly and helpful we've encountered in our travels, and they went the extra mile to ensure we were having a pleasant stay.
The breakfast was definitely a highlight and a nice introduction to Vietnamese cuisine.
Shout out to Rose and the rest of the team for making our honeymoon stay even more memorable.
