Very cost-effective, clean property. Nice big room with kitchenette. Great rooftop deck with pool and fitness center. Excellent breakfast! Walk-able to much of Bac Ninh. Rooms in rear face an apartment building, but are much quieter apparently than the ones in the front.

If you like music, do NOT use this hotel.

The same crappy tune on repeat in the restaurant, mornings and evening. 24 days in a row. Im returning to Vietnam in November and unfortunately have to change hotel, only because of the “entertainment “ in the nice restaurant.

Entire Building was filled with Smell of Smoke

Don't know why the entire building has a faint smell of smoke, and the room is also filled with a pungent scent of air freshener and smoke. It seems that the air freshener was sprayed in large amounts to cover up the smell of smoke.
