“The hotel was clean and parking very easy and accessible. The buffet wasn't great, and the Shack was quite expensive, also not a great variety of food to choose from. I also thought I saw listed as amenities, a mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived, we were told that management removed all the microwaves due to fire detectors going off and guests having to leave their hotel room although there was not a fire. Palace should remove microwave from their room's websites. If I visit Biloxi……

“We had a pleasant stay for four night as we were attending a family wedding. Location was great for all our activities and close to great restaurant options. All staff was great however the night we checked in the desk clerk could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that a continental breakfast was not offered but upon night of arrival Andre was very kind and prepared a nice evening meal for us. Housekeeping on 5th floor was very attentive. One room had no issues……

“WiFi is very slow and TV said NO SIGNAL. It was so damp that the sheets felt damp on the day it rained. Smelled like a basement. I got a sad room on the first floor with nowhere to sit outside. Also almost no lobby to speak of. You can do better.”

“We booked and paid for our room four months ago. We arrived at approximately 3:40 p.m. only to be told that there would be a $15 fee for early check-in and that our room wasn’t ready anyway. Nor would it be ready at the actual check-in time of 4:00 p.m. When would it be ready? No idea. Ignore the fact that their policy states late charges depend on availability BEFORE 3:00 p.m. We were there well after that. Why would our room not be ready at check-in time?? You took our money four months……
