“We arrived an hour before check-in at 3:00, but they were so gracious and allowed us to check in early. Everyone at property was super helpful and kind. The hotel was quiet. Our room was clean, as well as the entrance, the pool area, the workout room, and breakfast area. Breakfast was great! The gentleman servicing the area was attentive to cleaning quickly after folks finished and keeping hot food fresh. We came for the Strawberry Festival in Pasadena.
