「There was no laundry (stack unit) as described in the listing, when requesting assistance and compensation for the missing amenity was told to ‘go complain to Expedia’
Room was very clean, only provided one towel per person, WiFi code was changed daily and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get new code each morning. Communication with front desk was difficult, air con worked good, no elevator for guest use available.」
