    The holiday flat is located on the first floor (with lift) of a complex newly built in 2016 directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, just 50 m behind the beach promenade and only a few minutes' walk from the pier.

    Outside, guests have access to a balcony with garden furniture, where they can enjoy the sun in the afternoon until sunset in the sea air. Guests can park their car in the underground car park free of charge.

    The approx. 48 m² luxury holiday flat is designed for three people and consists of a living room with open-plan kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. It was newly built in 2016 and is tastefully furnished to a high standard in warm and discreet colours. Two people can sleep on the 180 x 200 cm double bed in the bedroom with a large wardrobe, and another person can sleep on a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed in the living room. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, guests will find a television with satellite TV and home cinema system for evening entertainment. There is underfloor heating in all rooms and wireless WLAN is also available.

    The flat is ideal for a beach holiday in the dignified Baltic seaside resort of Heiligendamm. It is just a few minutes' walk from the pier and the beach is also only 50 metres away. In the nearby village (approx. 750 m) you can hire bicycles and beach chairs, and there are also shopping facilities.

    There is a bistro in the house itself, where you can also book breakfast.
