For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km, riding stable 1 km, cable car 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 3 km, sled run 2 km, ice rink 3 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Attention: Infants and babies, count as people and can not be welcomed free of charge.
2-room studio 42 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated in 2013, modern and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Balcony 4 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben im März eine Woche in Bad Gastein Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch sehr schön eingerichtet da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Das einzigste was etwas gestört hat war die Einfallstraße unmittelbar neben dem Haus, Im Winter mag es ja gehen aber in den warmen Monaten wenn man die Fenster auf macht und sich auch mal auf dem Balkon setzten möchte......sehr laut.
