Villa Kurz

Das Einzige was hier nur noch fehlt, ist ein Balkon. Ansonsten ist es perfekt, die Wohnung ist auch mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Frau Kurz ist sehr nettt, immer erreichbar und stellt wirklich alles zur Verfügung.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Kurz

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Villa kurz. Wohnung ist sehr sauber, mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Von dort aus haben wir immer wieder Tagesausflüge gemacht nach Wernigerode, Quedlinburg und Goslar. Das Kloster Walkenried liegt auch sehr nah und lohnt einen Besuch in jedem Fall. Die Betten sind bequem, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden. In Bad Sachsa gibt es einiges an guten Restaurants und einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

Schöne Villa in Bad Sachsa

Die Villa ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ort ist durch seine vielen Fachwerkhäuser sehr interessant.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und grüner Umgebung. Das Stadtzentrum liegt in Laufweite. Unser Teenager hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (auch mit Geschirrspüler). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Große Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Villa mit zauberhaften Garten.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind super bequem. Morgens wurden wir von Vögeln geweckt und die Eichhörnchen kletterten durch die Bäume vor den Fenstern. Bad Sachsa und die unmittelbare Umgebung haben viel zu bieten (auch für unseren zwei Teenager) und Erholung ist aufgrund der besonders guten Luft garantiert. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, so dass sich die ganze Familie rundum wohl fühlen konnte.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Wunderschöne alte Villa. Modern ausgestattet, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die einen schönen Urlaub ausmachen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die ambitioniert ist, eventuelle Verbesserungsvorschläge umzusetzen, um den Aufenthalt für die Gäste NOCH angenehmer zu machen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Empfehle gerne weiter und vergebe 5 Sterne. 😊

Ein Traum

Wer den Zauber zu schätzen weiß : in einem sehr liebevoll gepflegten alten Haus mit moderner Austattung auf gleicher Höhe mit uralten Baumkronen zu wohnen, diese Ruhe, dieser unglaubliche parkähnliche Garten, ein Traum.

Großartige Unterkunft - uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen

Wir waren mit der Wohnung im 1. Stock einer historischen Villa vollends zufrieden. Am Ankunftstag ist uns besonders das angenehm frische Raumklima und die weit über dem Standard liegende Sauberkeit der Unterkunft aufgefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Küche. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Unterkünften, ist das Geschirr in so großer Anzahl vorhanden, dass die Verwendung der Geschirrspülmaschine Sinn gemacht hat. Die Betten sind komfortabel breit und in der Länge nicht durch ein Bettgestell begrenzt. Wir haben ganz wunderbar geschlafen. Wir konnten den weitläufigen! Garten nach Belieben uneingeschränkt nutzen. Die Eigentümerin der Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Urlaubsdomizil 'Villa Kurz' nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Eine geräumige Wohnung im Obergeschoss der Villa mit dem Charme historischer Bausubstanz, sehr sauber und gepflegt, reichlich ausgestattete Küche, zwei luxuriöse Bäder, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Ein- und Auschecken völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Vermietern

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar eingerichtet, komfortabel und gemütlich. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön und die Lage prima. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Zumal die Vermieterin auch äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend war. 5 Sterne!
