Tolles Hotel! Die persönliche Atmosphäre und das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal machen im Hotel Merkur wirklich den Unterschied. Auch die weiteren Annehmlichkeiten – der Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen, die absolut zentrale Lage und das tolle Frühstücksbuffet – haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Wir waren rundum positiv überrascht und schreiben daher sogar unsere erste Hotelbewertung. Auf diesem Weg möchten wir uns herzlich beim gesamten Team des Hotel Merkur für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles, persönliches Stadthotel mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre Ein wirklich schönes, persönlich geführtes Stadthotel mit einer sehr einladenden und herzlichen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sensationell freundliche Personal – hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Auch das Frühstück ist überragend gut und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ich habe mich im Hotel MERKUR rundum wohlgefühlt, kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Baden-Baden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Property is in a great location within Baden-Baden. Steps away from food, drinks, and shopping. Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are updated, spacious and clean. Staff was kind, helpful, and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The elevator was out of service on the day we departed, and we’d have had to navigate 2 flights of stairs with luggage, however, the maintenance person intervened and carried 2 large bags to reception for us! Personable and knowledgeable front desk staff! Excellent breakfast!

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel MERKUR rundum zufrieden. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich, sodass ich mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt habe. Das Frühstück ist eines der besten, das ich je in einem Hotel genießen durfte – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit einer tollen Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders überzeugt hat mich auch die Lage: Das Hotel liegt zentral in Baden-Baden, die Innenstadt ist direkt vor der Tür und das Kongresszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer eine Tagung oder einen Kongress besucht, findet hier die ideale Unterkunft. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
