「It was a bit far from the downtown area. But not an issue for us because we have a driver. They have driver's room, but not at the same place. It was one of the best stay for us in the 2 weeks trip. Highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel is a bit hard to locate. Its up on the hill with a very narrow street. It was quite a challenge when we had a mini van to drive up the alley. 」

「A fabulous location with excellent views especially from the garden, but the downside was very sketchy wifi and internet, insufficient hotwater for two showers one after another, and a constant pump noise through the night. "I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and helpful. I took the nature walk with Mohan and he is very knowledgeable and has the best photography skills! I also did the Pekoe trail with Mutu, the kindest man who showed me all about the flora and fauna, and taught me some local languages. We had the best laugh! Thank you team! "
