Both modern and authentic, this family apartment occupies the entire second floor of the house. You will enjoy the early morning sun on the Parc des Vignaux from the terrace nestled in the corner of the kitchen.
This large T2 bis facing south and east has a clear view of the Parc des Vignaux.
Its vast and very bright living room, with its blond floor and its staircase with clean lines, will not fail to charm you.
The high-pitched mezzanine will be the refuge for the youngest.
Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine / dryer, combined oven, espresso coffee maker, pod and filter.
In the living room, flat screen TV, books and board games. Internet access.
Bedroom with 160x200 bed convertible into 2 beds of 80x200.
Mezzanine with 2 80x190 beds.
Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer. Separate WC.

Un petit cocon où on se sent comme chez soi
Superbe séjour, l'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Très bien équipé et propre, proche de tous les commerces et du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied. Le marché le samedi est fantastique.
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique avec mes enfants.
Merci à Jocelyne pour son accueil et ses conseils pour découvrir cette belle région.
