Building "les coquelicots", 2-room apartment for 4 people of 34 m2, 1st floor with elevator, in the city center, at the foot of the cable car and close to the thermal baths.

Entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet. A separate kitchenette equipped (with an electric hob, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle).
A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and TV. A cabin area with two bunk beds in 90. A living room with a sofa bed bz 2 people, television. The living room opens onto an east-facing loggia, with garden furniture.

Laminate parquet flooring. Garage and private cellar in the basement that can accommodate bicycles.

Emplacement génial et parking

Petit mais suffisant pour 2 parents et 2 enfants. Très bien situé au pied des télécabines pour monter aux pistes, près de tous les commerces. Le garage est un plus pour la voiture et les skis. Un peu compliqué pour y accéder (Trés grand parking souterrain à plusieurs niveaux ressemble à un labyrinthe !). Quelques remarques: mauvaise odeur dans la salle d'eau au départ mais ok après une nuit (d'où le 4 étoile pour la propreté) . Robinet cuisine à changer ou fixer. Pas de papier toilette. Ustensiles cuisine assez complet.
