What a wonderful place!
We can describe our stay in this house in Vico Pancellorum in 1 word: Fantastic! The house is situated on a hill in a beautiful medieval village. The place is very serene and peaceful (no traffic at all, except for some locals by foot), and makes you feel like you've travelled back in time. The house has 3 floors and from every room the view is amazing. The garden with swimming pool (and also these great views) is a real treat, and the jacuzzi in de basement is 'the cherry on top'. Communication with Simonetta was very fast en easy. The prosecco and snacks were very much appreciated! Also a great restaurant in this tiny village!

Heerlijk huis in bergdorpje
Een echt Italiaans oud huis met drie verdiepingen, een zwembad buiten en een jaccuzi binnen, waar we echt van hebben genoten. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en de bagage werd door de eigenaar zelfs op een kaar naar boven gebracht. Het uitzicht is werkelijk schitterend en de sfeer in het kleine dorpje ademt rust uit. In de omgeving is voldoende te doen. De communicatie met de verhuurder ging prima.

Verblijf Vico Pancellorum
Wij hebben vakantie gevierd in september 2021. Het bijzonder warme welkom inclusief de lekkere Toscaanse hapjes en Prosecco en wijn gaven ons direct het vakantiegevoel! Het huis was zeer ruim en ook lekker koel op warme dagen. Het terras onder de druiven en het zonneterras bij het zwembad waren ook erg prettig. De bedden waren erg goed. Heerlijk geslapen. Het restaurant in het dorp was fantastisch en bijzonder goed betaalbaar. Nogmaals wij hebben een bijzonder lekkere vakantie genoten op deze locatie. Wel is deze locatie minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De communicatie met de eigenaar was erg prettig en zeer snel. Een speciaal woord van dank gaat uit naar de vader van de eigenaar. Deze lieve man is bijzonder behulpzaam. Al met al een geweldig adres voor een prima vakantie in toscane. Familie Kerzaan

A stunning, spacious villa in a very secluded but utterly idyllic location
Do it, that's the shortest review I could give you. This house, its interior and its location transport you straight into a movie like Call me by your Name. The location is hard to reach (45 minutes from the nearest city, Lucca) up a winding road reminiscent of a rollercoaster, and includes a short but hefty climb up to the house by foot. The man welcoming you only speaks Italian, so make sure there's someone with you who at least understands the language, English is no option here and there's some essential info about the jacuzzi and such that is quite essential to know. Gabriele, the person who manages the house, is very friendly, does speak English, responds fast and accurately and knows about interesting attractions in the area off the beaten path. She's been very helpful all around. Furthermore the house includes a small swimming pool, a jacuzzi, two bedrooms with a twin bed, two more single beds that can be places anywhere, a kitchen with dinner table, a downstairs rudimentary kitchen and dining area, and the most amazing terrace to have dinner underneath the grapevines. AND THE VIEW! This truly is paradise on earth if you plan on not travelling around too much (expect ~1,5 hour drives to places like the beach or Firenze/Florence). I've had the most amazing week here with friends!

Verblijf in Pancellorum
The house is situated in the lower part of a romantic and beautiful little Medieval village. It is a steep uprise from the parking lot to the house. The friendly and gallant owner comes to help you with your luggage. Instead of draging it up for a hundred meter or so, he provides help with a motorized vehicle. The house itself is well equiped, has an amazing view over the mountais and you are welcomed with a lot of extra's. The owner is very kind and helpful in everything you might need or want to know. An excellent restaurant is aside the parking lot. Be careful since Google misleads you with regard to the route. The owners provide an excellent description that you should follow. The communication with them by mail is fast and adequaat. My wife left her necklace and without any problems it is returned to our home address. Really a recommandable place!

Ideale locatie om tot rust te komen
Locatie was mooi in orde bij aankomst. Ontvangst was dik in orde en de hapjes/ het drinken waren een fijne extra na de lange rit! Het restaurant in he stadje is zekers aan te raden (en honden mogen mee). Communicatie ook steeds snel en correct verlopen.
