「Very clean, close to event and food.」

「The condo was spacious & clean. Loved the balcony with mountain views & fireplace.」

「Great property! Very accommodating!」

「While the property managers were excellent our stay wasn’t. On more than 4 occasions we had marijuana smoke or cigarette smoke coming into our condo in the early morning and late afternoon. Also our toilet broke and we had to use one in another condo down the hall. Again our property managers were great and these things weren’t their fault but the smoke was especially gross.」

「We loved our stay, it was a little confusing at first to get the keys but we got it. Lovely views! Nice and clean. 2 window cranks were broken and it would have been nice to open them because the weather was gorgeous! Other than that small detail, we had a great stay.」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a retired couple that rented this condo for 2 weeks in July of 2025 for the purpose of hiking and biking. We loved it. Plenty of room with closets at the front door and in the bedroom. Nice recliner chairs and smart TV so that my husband...

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the week and loved the location! We are fans of being close to Main Street and walking around town, so this location was perfect. The place is good for 2-3 people, we don’t see how 6 could stay comfortably.」

「Wonderful location!!! Spectacular views!!!」

「You will notice that the ratings and comments on this property are top notch The experience delivered as advertised. Jay was a great host. My wife and I got the biggest kick about how well thought out everything was about the property. Literally no stone left unturned. Jay puts his best effort into this experience. We travel a lot and we’ve never seen a rental this clean and this well thought out.As for Golden- we loved it. The property was within minutes of small and big chain grocers,...

「Very close to the slopes!」

「Great location to downtown. Basically right there. Good value. Was a hard to keep cool this summer, but I would assume generally not an issue at 9000 some feet. Communication very good and quick. I would stay there again.」

「This condo was great! In a very walkable, centralized area off Main Street. I will definitely be back!」

「Felt at home. Will be back. Close to everything in Breckinridge. Unit was perfect!」

「We are repeaters at this property. Love the location and underground parking.」

「A little older than other buildings in the area, but it was very clean and convenient to everything in the River Run community. The ad says it sleeps 4, so just be aware that means 2 in the double bed and 2 on the couch. There's no AC, but that seems normal for the area. Just be aware on those hot summer days. It's not really a place you want to hang out in the room anyway.」

「Warm and cozy. 」

「We loved staying at this condo in Breckenridge! We were able to walk right to main street every day as well as the river walk and to see the troll statue in the forest. This property is immaculately well-kept. You can tell they care about cleanliness and quality of their furnishings. Not one thing was out of place. We liked the balcony views and that we could check on the hot tub from there. I highly recommend Breckenridge and these properties!」

「Excellent property (although small) but great deal, location, accommodation as advertised. Highly recommend for two people and agree with other reviews. Would stay there again.」
