「Very accommodating. Had a room on second floor, no elevator. I'm older the stairs were hard to climb. They switched my room to first floor after I had taken a nap and messed the bathroom. Both rooms were clean. While I gathered my stuff to move, the first room was recleaned, no charge. Very friendly.」
