"Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Uns fehlte ein Sonnenschirm, da tagsüber die Sonne auf den Balkon knallte. Das Sonnensegel haben wir nicht als solches erkannt. Die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und der Ventilator waren bei der Wärme sehr willkommen. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die Altstadt sensationell schön. Das Möwenspektakel draußen bietet immer etwas zu sehen aber Vorsicht, die Möwen hinterlassen ihre Spuren auch gerne auf dem Balkon und auf frisch gewaschener Wäsche. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war gut, nur den Kontakt vor Ort erreichten wir nicht gut. Der Kontakt lief bei der, über eine Schlüsselbox super organisierten, Übergabe über WhatsApp und das klappte später nicht mehr und wir erfuhren, wir hätten anrufen müssen. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist etwas abenteuerlich, was an der Straße davor liegt, die sehr tiefe Löcher hat. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung empfehlen. "We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but the real draw was the huge common-area terrace overlooking the water and the Castelsardo castle. We were staying for only one night but caught a great sunset and could've spent a lot more time out on the terrace! It's also close to a small beach and to restaurants. We'd stay again and would recommend."

"Andrea was an excellent property manager for us and was super helpful about local places and any questions we had about Sardinia (-; We even saw dolphins jumping up on the third day, right from the back patio! The place was perfect and had kitchenware as well as a beach umbrella in the 2nd room. Highly recommend!Andrea è stata un'eccellente responsabile della proprietà e ci ha fornito informazioni utilissime sui luoghi da visitare e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande sulla Sardegna (-; Abbiamo persino visto dei delfini saltare fuori dall'acqua il terzo giorno, proprio dal patio sul retro! L'alloggio era perfetto e dotato di utensili da cucina e di un ombrellone nella seconda camera. Lo consigliamo vivamente!"
