「Very beautiful cabin, nestled in the thick of the mountains in NC. We truly enjoyed this cabin and the surrounding areas. We will return 」

「Almost everything in Beech Mountain is overpriced, but not this pleasant, older hotel. Yes, it is a bit dated and could use a little spiffing up, but our suite was roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped. The central location cannot be beat. The staff was friendly and attentive and responded promptly to minor problems. 」

「I will start with my only negative on this home. The driveway is very small. We had our Ram truck and it fit under the covered parking area. But a bigger vehicle might not fit. That's it. Everything else was so good. The house had multiple reminder notes around it. Which I find very helpful. The kids and I loved every well placed detail. The toy closet was a huge hit. We're hoping to book this home again in the future. 」

「We’ve been going to the mountain for 47 years. This by far was the best place to stay very easy access; air was cooled up on top my shirt mountain and the company has a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna I would recommend this place exponentially more than any other place」

「We loved the Bass Bungalow! This place is a gem. Clean, cozy and the views are awesome! Such a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the porch soaking in the beautiful mountains and Lake Watauga. Our dog enjoyed swimming and had easy access to enter the lake. It was a perfect getaway for us. 」

「Fantastic trip! Stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The property was wooded and so quiet. We didn't expect to wake up to snow and feel like temp of 7 degrees, but the cabin was warm, cozy, and dry. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back! Thanks for the memories Bear Cabin!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It is everything advertised: clean, comfortable bed, hot water and good water pressure! The hot tub is a plus after a day of golf or hiking in the mountains. My husband enjoyed the the Grassy Creek Golf course - only about 30 minutes down the mountain. While the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close, much of it is still closed due to Hurricane Helene so we were unable to access many of the suggested sights. However, we found Pisgah National Forest...
