“Location was great. The room was clean and had everything needed. The view was incredible and the balcony was great for chilling.

“Great location right in the City center, walkable distance to major sightseeing places. Immaculate apartment, great customer service, spacious rooms. Outstanding communication from the Manager Sevil - she always responded to our inquiries very quickly, provided support, made us feel valuable guests. When we go to Baku next time, Leyla Appointments will definitely be our number one choice.”

“Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows.”

“Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!”

“Very nice and big flat in a very live street, 3rd floor with no lift but not a showstopper. Very close to the sea and have very good access yo public transport and taxis. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and entertainment are within 2-5 min walking distance. The host is very nice and cooperative.”

“The property is in a perfect location, easily walkable to all places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This property is more like small apartments as supposed to being a proper hotel. There is no reception. Luckily the nice man in the hotel opposite helped me with my check-in. Unfortunately I had to wait for 40mins while my room was cleaned and then discovered that I had to go to another hotel for breakfast. But this was only a few minutes away and the breakfast is not bad. Had……
