Hotel is v well maintained and clean. The food choices and quality is great. Evening entertainment was really good. The pool is huge and doesn't feel over crowded. The sunsets from the beach are stunning. Finally, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Les extérieurs et les piscines sont magnifiques et attention aux yeux! Le personnel très serviable et a l'écoute. La restauration de très bonne qualité. Cet hôtel et tout le personnel nous laissera un très bon souvenir.

My husband took me for my 60th birthday. Everything and everyone were awesome. We had a right royal time. The food at the different restaurants did not disappoint. Every night we had 5 star dining at different places and the food was super. So were the staff and waiters.

Ingesamt ein gutes Erlebnis. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, hat eine schöne Anlage, das Essen ist gut. Das Personal ist grundsätzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Servicequalität ist allerdings schwankend und teilweise fehlte eine vernünftige Absprache, was dem Niveau des Hotels nicht gerecht wird.

Had a fantastic time! The facilities were perfrect, well maintained and clean. staff were helpful and hospitable in general. We could also see dolphins swimming near the resort. Very happy with our stay. Only minor point is that dinner reservations at the restaurants on site can be a bit tricky (e.g. we were given a later booking even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time we requested).

Overall the Westin Turtle is a perfectly good option to consider if you just want somewhere to sit and bathe in the sun. The beach area is clean with plenty of sand but the best area's to swim in the sea as via the area given over to another hotel - nothing stopping you using it but sunbeds etc are not for Westin customers. Plenty to do whilst on site with various events laid out during the day to make things fun. All of the staff were attentive and helpful but special shout out goes to Vivek, Mafoozah and Jeevan who made our stay very comfortable. We visited in September and that appears to be considered a quiet month so certain restaurants and options are not running, these were not told to us at any point, we just discovered it by chance. We decided to eat outside of the resort on most nights - a personal choice over anything wrong - but when we cannot fault the quality of the food or the service. I don't know how Westin compares to other similar hotel but for us it met our expectations and allowed us to have a stress free holiday.

Negatives: need to book spa & sauna/Hammam/hottub (should be walkin) Need to book restaurants (couldn’t get in on the night and couldn’t book as we were out the whole day x2 (Kaushal helped us) Oh ….and spectacular sunsets over water

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und die Betten sind super komfortabel, im Bad gab es viel Platz und ausreichend Handtücher. der Service in allen Bereichen war sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde immer Wert auf unser Wohlbefinden gelegt.
