Older property, but very beautiful! Rooms were clean and the grounds were also well maintained. Gorgeous swimming pools! Although rooms are reasonably priced, the hotel restaurants are not! The breakfast buffet was decent and included in our hotel stay.

Beautiful setting and landscaping. Staff are brilliant, friendly and attentive and not in your face. Spa was great. Recommend ‘water shoes’ for the beach as it’s a coral beach, it’s beautiful, the shoes will enhance the experience

Wonderful beachfront resort with excellent staff and amenities. We just returned from a 4 day stay and the only downside was that the trip was not longer. Large spacious rooms, lovely well kept grounds, super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of restaurants and food and daily activity programs. Highly recommend this beautiful, well run resort.

This is an amazing resort with everything at your fingertips. The whole resort is stunning including the beach etc. The staff at this resort are second to none, in particular Ankit and Shernyl both were excellent, ever so attentive and professional, went way beyond what one would expect.

A true depiction of what you see on the website quite picturesque, very clean, loads of activities to keep the family entertained. Also great food selection. I generally don’t like buffets but the food was fresh with wide variations!! There’s the added advantage of having different restaurants onsite.

The staff at the hotel were tremendous! So helpful, patient with requests and wouldn't rest until they found a satisfactory outcome for guests. The food in all five of the restaurants was excellent! Our stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa was truly fabulous. The resort is a beautiful oasis, perfectly located right on the beach. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, and dining at the à la carte restaurant, Mystique, was an absolute highlight — simply outstanding. We loved everything: the location, the food, the overall atmosphere, the peacefulness, but also the evenings with live music. The room was comfortable, and the attention to guests’ needs was remarkable. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Soonita, who made every breakfast a real pleasure — she is incredibly kind, hardworking, and always smiling. I sincerely hope the management recognizes and rewards employees who go the extra mile, as she truly does. For snorkeling lovers, this place is a dream. Although the beach is quite rocky, with proper water shoes swimming becomes a real joy. We saw an incredible variety of fish, a harlequin sea snake, and even a sea turtle! Considering how close to the shore we were ( I’m not a strong swimmer) and how rare such sightings are, we felt extremely lucky. There was a small issue with the first room we were given, where we didn’t feel very comfortable. However, once we mentioned it at reception, they immediately offered us another room. Their quick response and genuine care for our well-being truly made a difference. Nothing is ever absolutely perfect, but this experience was definitely amazing. 10/10

The Westin Turtle Bay is comparable in every way to the best Ritz Carlton hotels we have stayed at around the world! It is a gorgeous property with first class amenities, rooms right on the water, some of the best restaurants (including Kangan for Indian food) on the property. The personalized service is exceptional! The staff are outstanding!
