“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located on the 11th floor, and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were clear. The team was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!”

“Fantastic location, very clean apartment. Hardly any noise from the streets even though we were so close to two main roads. Great access to restaurants and the Republic Square shops and activities. Easy to checkin with plenty of information and quick repossession via WhatsApp. Good strong WiFi. We also used the washing machine twice to do our laundry in preparation for our onwards journey. We will go back on our next stay.”
