The holiday home, built in 1993, is a semi-detached house and is rustically furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property over the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. 1 sunshade, hi-fi equipment, TV, internet. Surveillance camera on the terrace.

Balatonalmádi, 424 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The plot is enclosed on 3 sides, the homeowner is covered by a hedge secured by the other. Access is via a side road (paved, length 20 m). Parking in the garage and on the property and the street in front of the house.
