The holiday home, renovated in 2023, is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and a garden swing. Rowing boat EUR 10/day, sailing boat EUR 50/day.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Total 2 identical holiday properties (2 detached house). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to early September, diameter 5 m, 0.90 m deep).
