「The room was clean and towels and linen changed every other day. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as was up and out every morning. 「It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. 「Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.」
