"I just had the worst weekend at this place. While some staff were very kind and helpful, the manager of this hotel is a very rude man that doesn't know how to treat customers and lies about the amenities offered by the hotel. The air-conditioning stopped working on our second night. The manager knew it had a problem but still kept us in this room. My biggest nightmare was the parking. As everyone can see it says it has parking and that is free, however, besides to be a very hard place to reach...
