"The breakfast was wonderful and there were multiple options for food, which were nice! If you don’t want to drive to town, you could eat at Christy’s, which was also a great place!"

"Nice vibe, clean rooms, and a great shower. Rooms were on the small-ish side, though, with little manoeuvring room when our suitcases were open. Great location with lots of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had breakfast on the top floor, which was very good and reasonably priced."

"We stayed 3 nights at The River Lee and never wanted to leave. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious. Cozy nooks with comfy sofas and chairs to just lounge to enjoy a coffee or a drink. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the minute we pulled our car up to unload our bags, we had a porter right there to help us. Our room was spacious, beautiful and very clean. The food was omg delicious too! Highly recommend The River Lee Hotel!"

"An historic, grand hotel with an opulent reception and stairway. The Fitzgerald Bar has glam decor, an extensive cocktail menu and live music on a Friday night. It's in a great location, very central, near train station and buses, pubs, restaurants and shops as well as convenient for sight seeing 😊"

"The parking is first come first serve there's not that many spots. Staff is very friendly, plumbing is old so the toilets don't always flush the first time. We were given the wrong room but the manager vivian was very apologetic an helpful. The rooms are nice an up to date great views of the city. I would stay here again forsure"

"The staff - very warm welcome from all The elevator was good, the room was comfortable, the bed was a king and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as was dinner. It is a spacious building with a lot of light and lots of parking. We had some issues in our bathroom, hence the lower rating re maintenance."
