The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with icebox, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs. The living room includes comfortable furniture, multi-channel TV, and open fire. The sofa converts to a sofa bed, ideal for occasional additional guests. Starter fuel is provided for the fire. The sofa bed in the living room area can sleep two additional guests if required.
The bedroom offers a king size bed, views to the front of the property, and ample storage for all your clothing and belongings. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom includes WC, sink and electric shower. Timber floors throughout the property.
