Leonardo Hotel Belfast
Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here. Not clean, in need of upgrade. No safes available in rooms unless you have an ‘executive room’. Heating doesn’t come on until 8pm. Certainly not a 4 star hotel in my view.

We had problems finding the property - the phone satnav directed us to Ballynahinch Water Treatment Works, but the host responded quickly to our email by phone, and gave us better directions. Frontview Cottage - Two Bedroom - Sleeps 6 Guests
The location is good. Busy road during the day but quiet at night. The cottage has the charm of being old but it does require some attend to the deco, particularly in the bathroom and the kitchen. They could do with a refresh. Top bedrooms and the ones downstairs were in good order.
