"Booked a room for 2 x nights and unfortunately didn’t get to see either of them due to things popping up and not being able to leave home. I do know that the stay would have been great though because of the last experience there. The team were still accomodating to the idea and plan of late arrival, which would have been easy and straight forward according to the instructions given before the time of check in. Looking forward to coming back and actually being able to enjoy the time away. "

"My partner and I planned a last-minute weekend getaway and chose Pyrenees Farmstay based on the glowing reviews - it not only met but surpassed all our expectations! Even arriving late at night, we were immediately made to feel welcome by Deb, who had thoughtfully warmed up the cottage for our arrival. Her genuine hospitality shone through from that very first moment.The accommodation was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully equipped—we especially appreciated the kitchen essentials like oil, salt, and a generous quantity of fresh free-range eggs and locally sourced bacon (which was so delicious we had to ask where she got it!). Our first evening was magical - breathing in the crisp country air under a spectacular canopy of stars. In the morning, we woke up breathtaking views of sunlit paddocks stretching towards majestic mountain ranges.We also thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour, where we met the horses, dogs, sheep, alpacas, and chickens. The horses were so friendly and it was so much fun feeding them carrots and apples that we had picked up from nearby Avoca. As Deb shared stories of farm life, we felt deep admiration and respect for her passion and resilience required in rural living. Throughout our stay, her customer service was impeccable, checking in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed.This experience delivered everything we could have wanted from a country escape - complete tranquility, stunning scenery, and authentic hospitality at its finest. "We found our stay disappointing. I paid nearly 100 more to stay in Lenore because of the outdoor bath. We Couldn’t have a bath or a shower because there was not hot water. We had hot water coming from the kitchen sink but that’s all. We tried everything to get hot water but in the end it really ruined our night away. It was a quick getaway and it really wasn’t anything special, given it is advertised there should be hot water in the shower and bath. Not worth 380. "
