「This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again.」

「I extended my stay for another week and it was very good just like previous week.They do laundry every 2-3 days, change sheets every 2-3 days or whenever you request. 」

「This was my second time staying at Kathmandu Cityhill. The building is located close enough to the Thamel tourist district but off the main road so less noise and dust. The staff are always helpful when requests are made and everything is kept clean. Would return again. 」

「The house is amazing and exactly as the pictures described it. It is a beautiful villa about 5 min walk from the main Boudhha road and about 10 minutes walk from Budhha stupa. We booked it for family stay and some pre-wedding ceremonies and had to get permission from the host for the same. 「数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。」

"It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!"
