The stay was really peaceful and nice, easy parking and find. Lovely people with great customer service, only thing was we couldn’t reach the service in the rooms really well or connect be able to connect to any wifi which didn’t allow us to connect internet to the tv but other then that, we enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stop. Proximity to meals and even coffee in the morning is excellent. Very clean. Very good parking and ease of unpacking. Could do with 2 comfortable armchairs. Existing table and dining chairs serve their purpose. Great place to stay.

This Motel has a lot of potential if cleaned up and staff trained properly. Food was good and conveniently located. Room needs updating and grout cleaned of mold. outside of rolling door on landing a coffee mug and wine bottle with cigarette buts was left. Beds were comfortable and was a quite room.

Highly priced for a one night stop over. Air conditioner in the room was only slightly cool and meals were over priced. $72. for a one course pub meal for 2 people. A buzzer is a required necessity at the bar as staff are busy serving coffee. Weve stayed in many motels in our travels,unfortunately this was the most highly priced. A lovely clean establishment,but due to the influx of contractors management increase their fees, which is detrimental to the everyday traveller. Would i stay there again-probably not,id go the extra mileage to Rockhampton.

Noisy from road trains

The iron did not work. It dropped it water all over my shirt. The toilet ran and could long be drop by turning the tap off The grout and silastic were mouldings and needed some to clean them proper

I stayed there on the way to a job. It's a convenient place to stop with easy parking. The rooms are tidy and the beds comfy. The hotel has good food at reasonable prices.

When we arrived to check unfortunately the receptionist had no record of my booking? I showed her my confirmation booking email on my phone but she still had no record...my anxiety levels sky rocketed because here my partner and I are in the middle of no where - freaking out if we were going to have a room or not. After some time she gave us a room but yes what a concern. So I am unsure if Hotels.com are communicating the confirmation bookings clearly to this hotel but something is amiss!

Not good ! No knowledge of reservation on arrival, three bed lamps in room, none working, no alarm clock, shower cubicle too small to turn around in or bend down, cleaning rags left on floor in bathroom and meal prices exhorborant in comparison with other place we've stayed.
