Four star, gold rated. Sleeps 2 adults. Separate kitchen, combined living and sleeping area. High pitched ceilings with exposed truss beams.

Hazelnut, perfectly designed for two is a delightful, cosy hide-away with combined living and sleeping area. This cottage has a peaceful and romantic appeal.

The main door opens into a luxurious custom built kitchen with eye level oven and fridge. Through hand carved ash folding doors you enter the main living area with a round table and chairs, comfy sofa, rugs and open fire.A heavy curtain divides this from the peaceful sleeping area with its exquisite en-suite bathroom, which is reached through a hidden door in the wooden paneling. The bathroom features oak paneling with clean ivory coloured tiling and has a low sided bath with overhead shower.

Enjoy the high pitched ceilings, warm terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and stone walls throughout this apartment, with enticing views out onto the courtyard and glimpses of the valley below through medieval slit windows.

Superior crafted, natural luxury together with our exacting standards and attention to detail ensure that Hazelnut offers guests a truly relaxing and pleasurable experience. As with all our cottages, Hazelnut has outperformed its star rating and been awarded gold by Visit England in recognition of exceptional quality.

It was fantastic. I feel so relaxed. The cottage is so cozy and they put up a Christmas tree for us. The grounds are beautiful and the area is so close to fantastic sights to see. Just a perfect break.
