"It’s a lovely authentic pub in a small village, with a big courtyard and outdoor tables with parasols. The rooms are on the opposite side of the courtyard to the pub and are spacious and clean but very warm, even with the windows open and fans. We have stayed here 2 years running for the F1 as it’s very handy for the park and ride. I recommend staying here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the pub food is delicious."

"On the whole this was an excellent one night stay. The room was excellent and comfortable but would have benefitted from an information folder with for instance sheets on the bar and restaurant menus. The main difficulty was the car parking facilities. The parking spaces were so small it was genuinely difficult to get out and later get in to the car. Also I was extremely lucky to find a space at all and although a notice stated the car parking spaces was full there were no instructions visible about an alternative parking venue and I had to ask at the reception. However despite this I would stay again"
