"サービス等については満足であったが、禁煙の部屋を予約してあったのに、チェックイン時に満室であったため、必然的に喫煙の部屋に変更された。 消臭スプレーや空気清浄機完備の説明を頂戴したが、入ってみるとそのレベルの臭いではなかった。スプレー散布、空気清浄機を滞在中稼働させても、たばこの臭いが強烈で夜中に目が覚めた。 ホテル側の予約に対する事情はあるにせよ、事前の連絡なり、もう少し配慮がほしいと思った。"

"今回、0歳～70歳まで3世代 4家族での利用でした。3階建てでたくさん部屋があるので、数家族やグループでの利用には最適です。食器、調理器具などの設備充実で、何より24時間入れる大きなお風呂が最高でした！ただ、玄関が2階なのと、トイレが1階に１つなのは、子どもや高齢者にとって、不便でした。 また、猪苗代IC、猪苗代湖、裏磐梯 からのアクセスの良さは、抜群です。次回は、違う建物でも利用してみたいです。"

Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also.
