I'll stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Radisson Lampung! We used the pool and it was so nice after traveling all the way from California. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. We also had the breakfast buffet in the morning and it too was excellent. One special note, our server named "Ambar" was so friendly and gave us excellent service! We will definitely stay at the Radisson again.

There is nothing that we could fault from staying here. From airport pick up, to the friendly welcome once we got there, the cleanliness and variety of facilities, the professional customer service, everything was outstanding. Originally we stayed for 8 nights, however, with the great experience, not only did we add an extra night, but 3 more nights after that. Eventually we were here for a total of 12 nights, and even then we wished we could stay here for longer. Unfortunately our time in Indonesia has come to an end and we have to go back to Australia. Everything was amazing and we will be sure to stay here again when we come back to visit Indonesia

Foreign traveller one night. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for laundry. I ended up just leaving my clothes there. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for breakfast. I ended up just telling him to skip it. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for airport shuttle bus. I just ended up just taking Gojek. When writer brought this up to front office manager he demanded the prices he wanted, argued in length with writer in the front lobby of the hotel in front of other patrons and his staff. Awful, stressful experience, will not be staying there again.

Feel a little bit disappointed because they didn't provide the basic toiletries like a toothbrush, need to be requested, and for superior room, they also don't provide slippers.
