Great value
It is a hotel with a great quality to price ratio. It offers mostly everything a 3 star hotel should have. I would underline some of the following positive aspects: - great cleanliness (they really do scrub and mop the floors, you can easily walk barefoot around the room without feeling dirty) - staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, in true Bruneian style (as we have recently found out) - the transport service is a nice touch and will save you some dollars on Dart (the local Uber). Mind you, on busy days the service is done based on availability and other customer's needs, so on some of the trips we chose to go by ourselves. And some of the longer journeys which require extra payments (like the Empire Brunei or Jerudong Amusement Park) are actually cheaper with Dart. But overall a great plus for this hotel. - breakfast is good. Around 6 choices every morning, all quite tasty - water is supplied for free Areas where some improvement might be necessary: - we booked a superior room but the size is not actually that big. There is no wardrobe or closet where you can put your clothes (just a small clothes hanger area) so we ended up putting them around the room. - some amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste could be supplied in the room.

The complimentary car transfer was great and was convenient to the tourist spots. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and tried to help me arrange the National Park tour. Many thanks to them. I highly recommend this hotel.

訂房時同時跟飯店確認預訂了機場接送，結果到機場後沒有人來接送。詢問飯店還推託沒有收到要求，直到拿出當初預定的email，飯店才無話可說的派人來。非常的糟糕

提供免費接駁車的大房間旅館
我是從馬來西亞搭巴士到斯里巴達旺市，但是因為公車有點誤點，預約好的接駁車沒有如期出現。 房間很大，有客廳、餐廳、廚房、寢室跟乾濕分離的浴室。附早餐。最大的亮點是從早上0900到晚上2100，每兩個小時運行的免費接駁車。只要提早一個小時跟櫃台預約，就可以搭車去市內各個有名的景點。這在交通不便的斯里巴達旺市是非常有利的特色。退房後依然可以預定當天下午到晚上的接駁車，還有免費的送機服務。非常推薦

Good: -I really appreciate the free shuttle bus service for the main tourist spots which solve the main transport problem in Brunei -The staff is helpful and hospitable -Feel very warm to meet the staff with sincere smile on their face -wifi quite stable -nice breakfast Improvement points: -be aware of the punctuality of time of picking up the tourist with scheduled time Suggestion: -can offer bike for tourist to rent and travel around the tourist centre so that your hotel can lessen the burden of shuttle bus service

一到汶萊，就想去住的飯店。
這間飯店員工都非常的友善，且提供機場以及各景點的接駁服務，在這個無UBER、無GRAB及公共巴士不發達的國家中，這些服務對於自助行的旅客有相當大的幫助。我們待在那裏的時間共有兩天帶著小孩去水晶公園，員工依然在將近晚上十點時前往較遠的水晶公園帶我們回飯店，相當的感謝他們。如果還有機會去到汶萊，我一定還會選擇這各飯店。

Clean, convenient and high-valued hotel
We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is helpful and polite too. They smile warmly and greet to us every time. Besides, you can walk to a shopping centre for restaurants and supermarkets for 15 minutes from the hotel. The most appreciated thing is their shuttle bus. We are scheduled to arrive at the airport at 10:30pm and we asked for airport shuttle pick up via email before. We are late for almost 1 hour and the driver waited for us patiently. Moreover, the hotel provides free shuttle bus service to most visiting places. The shuttle starts from 9am to 9pm every 2 hours. You just need to book at least 1 hour before. This service solves the greatest problem in Brunei trip. I kindly recommend this hotel to all of you.

该酒店有机场接机，但由于EXPIDIA和酒店的沟通，我到达后酒店司机未到，感谢汶莱机场的迎宾大使，帮打电话叫司机过来，司机和酒店前台都很友善。虽然酒店房间比较小，而且没有直接向外的窗户，基本的卫生和安静还可以。

Very attentive and hospitable staff! Your friendliness is highly appreciated! Free airport transfer, free transportation to some tourist spots. Considering transportation is super expensive in Brunei, it's a big plus! Walkable distance to the jetty and some major tourists spots. Room is basic but super clean and tidy. Yet, it's not very sound proof. Strangely, there's a door between my room and another room, and sometimes i could hear what people were saying at the other side. The doors are a bit noisy too. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back. Good value!

I love having airport shuttle for free and even free scheduled transportation going to the city. The food is good. The only negative I can tell is there’s no electric outlet near the bed so it’s hard to charge the cell phone unless it’s far from you. The price per night for the room is very reasonable.

The hotel was the only one in the downtown area that I found offered a free shuttle service to/from the airport (as well as being able to drop off/pick up at sights in the area). The location is behind a youth center so is quiet and just around the bend from one of the main thoroughfares. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice with shower partitioned from the rest of the bathroom. The wifi is very slow and buffers a lot — but when in Brunei, do you really need to be connected all the time? Be happy! Overall, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend travelers to stay here.

便利というほどではないですが、が小さいのでオールドモスクなど街中の主要な場所へは20分以内で歩けるロケーションです。 朝食も多少は日々変わっており、それなりに美味しいです。 たた部屋でWi-Fiが若干弱く、テレビの電波も映ったのは3チャンネル程度でした。 またシャワーの水量は問題なかったですが、洗面所の配管からか、コバエのような虫が出てくるのは、小さな問題かな。 総じて満足でした。 空港まで往復無料サービスは、ありがたかった。 またツアーサービスはガドンナイトマーケットまで利用しました。10ブルネイドルですが、僕は当日2時間前に申込みしましたが、1時間前位の人は満席でしたので、早めにお願いした方が良いでしょう。
