Open plan kitchen with stainless appliances & seated breakfast bar. Two bedrooms upstairs with full & half bath, three bedrooms downstairs with full bath. Large dining area with serving bar. Four patio doors give access to multi levels of decks all with dreamy lake views, designed for great entertaining. Walk down to the lakeside covered pavilion complete with bar or after a day on the lake relax in the beautiful zero edge pool surrounded by lovely landscaping.

Concrete gated covered parking for 2 vehicles, plus off-road parking for 3 more cars. Lower hammock deck leads to the only cove with a boardwalk. Concrete path to the covered boat-dock.

The open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, oven, induction cook top, microwave, coffee machine and a generous supply of cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Dine at the large breakfast bar, or on one of the decks and enjoy the truly spectacular lake views. The great room living area is very spacious with high cathedral ceilings, wooden floors, reverse cycle air conditioning, surround sound music, large screen TV useful for corporate power presentations as well as footy, movies and computer games. There is also a DVD player and connections for game consoles. Enjoy some creative time in the nook often used for arts & crafts, a buffet area or as an office space if some work needs to be done. All these spaces open-up to the large deck via multiple French doors and oversized glass windows to spectacular lake views. On the main upper deck is a large hardwood outdoor dining table, BBQ, sofa, lounge chairs and outdoor heater so you can sit outside even during those slightly cooler seasons.

On the roof top enjoy some quiet time on the Eagles Nest deck, great for watching 4th July fireworks over the lake. The perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee, sunset drinks or simply a mindful escape.

The master bedroom upstairs has its own en-suite with separate shower, toilet and a full bath. A concertina partial-wall allows the master bedroom to open-up to the living space for lake views or close them for privacy. There are four more bedrooms: two bunk rooms downstairs each room having bunk beds (4 beds per bunk room). The other two bedrooms are set-up with a queen bed, one upstairs and one downstairs. All bedrooms downstairs have French doors that open-up to outside areas. The two bunk rooms open-up to another large deck with gorgeous lake views. Linen is provided. There is a full bathroom downstairs with washing machine and dryer. The toilet downstairs is a separate room to the bathroom. There is another half-bathroom upstairs.

Further down the outdoor stairs towards the lake you will find several other excellent entertainment areas to sit and enjoy a meal or just relax together while the kids play in the lake, pool or on the lawn. There is also an outdoor shaded bar overlooking Medina Lake which is complete with refrigerator, TV, stereo & bar stools.

The private outdoor pool is a highlight of property, with zero edge lake views, underwater seats, massive cantilever umbrella for ample shade and underwater mood lighting. Next to the pool is a large stone deck area for pool side seating. It’s the ideal area for relaxing around a fire pit during the evenings too!

The private undercover boat dock is perfectly nestled into the quiet cove for easy access (lake-level permitting). Put your boat and jet-skis in the water using the public boat-ramp at the start of your stay, store them in the boat dock on property throughout your stay, then pull them out of the water again at the end of your stay. Or if you don’t have a boat, use the dock as a lovely place to sit atop the water in the shade to watch the world go by.

With the luxury of the lake at your doorstep you can fish, swim, water-ski , canoe, kayak, enjoy boating, stand-up paddle boarding, or simply sit relax and enjoy the serenity & views . Tip: the sunset views over the lake are truly incredible to watch!

Far from your usual holiday home, this property is better described as a resort. You are sure to enjoy the easy, relaxed and tranquil atmosphere that such a well-appointed property creates. This is a one-of-a-kind property!

Low Lake Level Notice: Medina Lake is not a constant level lake. The lake level is currently very low and unfortunately our cove is now dry. Given the amazing pool & other amenities on the property we feel you will most likely not want to leave the premises. However if you do want a small adventure there are now walking tracks on the lake bed that are fun to explore – if you look closely you’ll find old fossils & artifacts. The views from the property are still lovely even when the lake is low.
