Magnificent sea-view! 70m2 design apartment, big terrace, pool, extras included

Beautiful design apartment with sea-view living room giving direct access onto a large sun terrace. Amazing 180° south facing panoramic views of the Bay of Bandol and the mediterranean from all windows of the apartment.
Sea-view pool on the lowest level of the residence, open from mid-May to end September, with supervision July and August.
All taxes, bed linen, bathroom towels, Satellite TV, Optic Fibre Internet, air-conditioning, and a 3h cleaning service at the end of your stay, are included in the rental price.

This is a 'No Smoking' rental which is not suitable for very young children.
There is no disability access and the apartment is not equipped for vacationers with reduced mobility.
Animals are not permitted.

The apartment has upmarket fixtures and fittings, an alarm system, and is located at the highest level of a hill-side complex, within 2 hectares of landscaped grounds. Parking is available just behind the apartment which has it's own private ground-level entrance.
The residence is equipped with security gates and video surveillance.
10 minutes drive from the centre, the beaches and the many sea and land activities proposed by Bandol and this beautiful region.

Een fijn appartement. Heel schoon en met alle voorzieningen. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Prachtig uitzicht over de Middellandse zee. Al is het jammer dat het uitzicht belemmerd wordt door een betonnen balk die deel uitmaakt van de constructie van het complex. Bandol is een leuke, gezellige stad en ook in de buurt is veel te zien.

Très bon séjour, l’appartement est exactement comme l’annonce et très propre, la remise des clés à été très agréable, Mercedes et Richard nous ont accueilli très gentiment, ils ont fait le tour de l’appartement et nous ont expliqué comment tout fonctionnait , mon épouse et moi recommandons cette location.

Unterkunft sehr hochwertig und schick ausgestattet, Blick ist schön, aber leider durch Pflanzen und Betonwand eingeschränkt, Verwalter Richard, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!, Kleines Manko: Pool ist 5-10 Geh-Minuten Treppe entfernt, ohne Sonnenliegen und ohne Sonnenschirm und sehr voll, Fazit: wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit gehabt

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung und es war super. Das Einchecken war sehr unkompliziert und die Vermieterin ist super nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr schön, der Blick vom Balkon / Terrasse und aus den Schlafzimmern ist ein Traum. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und es ist toll morgens dort zu frühstücken und abends den Tag dort ausklingen zu lassen. Die Gegend um Bandol ist auch sehr schön und es gibt dort traumhafte Buchten. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Toller Start in den Frühling

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Mercedes hat uns herzlich empfangen und in Ruhe die Wohnung erklärt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist genau so gewesen, wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist wirklich traumhaft. Besonders die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist wunderschön. Der Pool war auch angenehm groß und sauber, so dass man sehr gut darin schwimmen konnte. Mercedes war eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir waren rundum zufrieden

Meer wohin man schaut

Tolles, luxuriöses Appartement, in dem man sich super wohl fühlen kann. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Küste von jedem Zimmer aus ist überwältigend. Mercedes ist super nett und aufmerksam. Das einzige Manko sind die 392 Stufen zum Pool, und die fast zwei Kilometer bis zum Ausgang der Anlage.

WONDERFUL, BREATHTAKING SEA VIEW BANDOL APARTMENT

This modern, marvelous, well-equipped Bandol Apartment has a fantastic Sea View from most rooms, with floor to ceiling windows. A huge private sun terrasse is perfect for all your meals. The Apartment is perfectly located to explore the Bandol area, as well as many local villages. We also really appreciated the convenient free parking, just outside the apartment. Thanks to Mercedes for a wonderful week!

MAGNIFIQUE APPARTEMENT

Magnifique appartement situé au calme sur les hauteurs de Bandol. Tout à fait conforme à la description. L'appartement est tout équipé, idéal pour accueillir une famille avec ses deux belles chambres.Propreté chirurgicale, on dirait que tout est neuf! il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Que dire de plus, belle piscine dans la propriété, supermarché et boulangerie à proximité. Et bien entendu, un super accueil de la propriétaire Mme Parodi qui a su nous a donner les bons conseils afin de passer un agréable séjour.

Bandol Magic

We had a fabulous two weeks in Bandol. It was hot as was July but soon acclimatised. The town is so varied from being a working town, a port for so many travelling yachts and a tourist destination. A pleasant mix, and the people are so friendly. The apartment was a perfect for our needs and so well appointed. Mercedes was a great help and talked us through all the important things to know. The swimming pool was perfect for a morning swim before the heat of the day kicked in. The apartment is at top of the hill so a car recommended unless training for a Munro. So much still to explore - we will be back Mercedes. Thanks again.

Große Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Bandol ist ein guter Standort für Ausflüge in die Calanques, Marseille oder Hyeres. Nach einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch Mercedes Parodi haben wir uns in der modernen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Rundum empfehlenswert!
