Beautiful air-conditioned T2 apartment, facing south, with large terrace with sea view.
Private and secure parking in the residence 125m from the large beach of St Cyr sur mer (all on foot!).
Description of the apartment:
About 50m2, sleeps 4 people:
- 1 bedroom with storage and silent air conditioning, 2x90x200 bed - possibility of 2 separate beds or 1 large 180x200 bed.
- Living room = 160 x 200 rapido convertible bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen
- A separate toilet
- Entrance with storage
- A bathroom with shower and storage

WIFI, air conditioning (living room and bedroom), bbcu, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso, kettle, first day breakfast kit, possibility of cot.
Household linen and cleaning costs are optional.

Settimana super
Casa luminosa, ottimamente attrezzata ed arredata, con terrazza ampia e molto godibile. Notti, mattine e serate fresche e ventilate, grazie alla posizione della casa e alla presenza di finestre su tutti i lati. Vicinissima al mare, silenziosissima di notte. Negozi essenziali (panetteria, frutta, verdura, etc) raggiungibili a piedi. Posto auto interno alla proprietà utilissimo! Conclusione: settimana super!

A very restful vacation
The apartment was cosy and clean and the well equipped spacious balcony is what we enjoyed most. After having breakfast or dinner we relaxed on the deck-chairs with a beautiful view over pines, palms and sea. The distance to the beach is unbeatable, after a trip we often decided spontaneous to take a short bath in the sea. Parking place on the property is comfortable. We absolutely recommend this apartment.

Super location bien situee bien equipee
Location bien equipee,bien située, bien decoree,literie neuve,barbecue a gaz avec tous les ustensiles,jeux de société, électroménager de qualité (aspi sans sans fils dyson par ex),revues,classeurs avec toutes les activites a faire aux alentours, grand bacon bien exposé,la voiture peut rester sur le parking toute la semaine car tout est a proximite a pied, residence calme
