New and clean
Very good experience from check in to staying. Nice and friendly staff within the hotel. No problem with communication in English. Breakfast was good although it didn’t serve with very wide range of western choices. Highly recommended for both business and leisure.

Misinformed about the breakfast
Was there for 2 nights from Saturday to Monday. Was told breakfast was until 11 o’clock which was the case on the Sunday but on the Monday it was only until 10 which we weren’t told about. We arrived at 10 minutes to 10 on Monday and got very disappointed. I think that was pretty bad to be misinformed like that, especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel surprised us with decorations for our anniversary! The staff were so welcoming and checked in with me every single day on how my stay was. The housekeeping staff was so attentive when he found out that I was ill, he offered to make teh jahe for me which made me feel so much better. Great stay overall for both my kids and my elderly parents.

Convenient to all, but looks very outdated and feel very crowded, especially during the breakfast time. Room looks very decent.
