Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff.

Strategic location, good and clean room, easy check in and check out process. Be advised that the elevator cannot go down to basement level making it hard to carry your luggage once you've checked out

fine location if u want to go to lembang

nice and modern hotel. The pool is to small and the water is very cold. the room is very neat and clean but the room is a little bit noisy. the breakfast is variously but the quality of food not to good. overall i really enjoy my stay in there

Good and comfortable room, but very dirty bathroom, specifically shower floors. Need to teach them how to scrub the tiles. Yellow, brownish and slimy tiles. I stayed there for 6 nights, never once that they wash the toilet. only swept and mop.

Staff nya semua nya ok dan ramah... Interior hotel nya mewah... Kamar jg nyaman..... Very recommended.... Masalahnya hanya di mkanan buffet pagi... Tidak ada yang enak... Tapi saat pesan cream soup nya dr kamar enakkk bangettt... Untk kamar nya n bathroom nya luas... Cuma peganganya showermya agak sedikit rusak...

Relaxing short getaway

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel for the weekend. We arrived at the hotel around 12.30 PM. Even though the check-in time is at 2 PM, the front desk allow us to check-in at 1 PM. Talk about good service. We stayed in their deluxe room which was spacious. The bed was nice and comfy, hot water works as expected, and the room was spotless. If you want to get out from the crowded Dago and Cihampelas area, then this hotel is the perfect place since there's not so much traffic.
