"We had an amazing stay in the hotel. Convenient to the city proper. The staff are very good and helpful. We enjoy the outdoor pool especially the weather is very hot.."

"Stayed at the Shangri La Bangkok and a bunch of other resorts on my Thailand trip with my friends. This property was beautiful in the photos, and the main community areas. The rooms themselves though seemed a bit outdated lacklustre and weren’t the cleanest. The property around the hotel was also not ideal - but understandably because of how old it I suppose. 3/5 would be my final rating."

"The room was good and clean and fitness room was very good with great view. The only problem in my world was, not very good music from the restaurent by the pool and the fact that many people enter the pool without showering first. "This is the best hotel. Staff was very professional and helpful. Food was great but wish there was more Thai food offered. All the hotel staff was very personable and provided excellent service. 10/10 stars The 2 bedroom 2 bath suites with kitchen and washer/dryer in the room was amazing. Highly recommend this hotell."
