"This is a large resort with plenty of facilities for families. We stayed in a Family Garden View room on the family side of the resort. While the room itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family with teenagers, the “garden view” was disappointing. Instead of overlooking a landscaped garden, our view was dominated by large trees and piles of burning rubbish. Because of the outlook and limited natural light, we didn’t spend much time relaxing in the room.
The staff throughout the resort were lovely, friendly, and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and happy to help whenever we needed anything.
The resort has several lovely swimming pools, and we especially enjoyed being able to book water sports directly from the hotel’s beachfront. There are also some excellent restaurants and fantastic massage places just across the road, which were a real highlight of our stay.
The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food, although there were quite a few flies around the main restaurant, which detracted from the experience.
Overall, the resort has plenty to offer, particularly for families, and the wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable. However, the room view and breakfast dining environment could be improved"
