「Great accommodations, super comfortable and intimate. We would stay here again. A couple ideas for the host to consider. Light string outside washed into the house, illuminating the inside, through the stained glass window. Inside the TV has a “night light” at the bottom that also lit up the room. A timer on the outside lights would help, if there is one couldn’t tell. Not sure what to do about the TV, electrical tape if you need it “blackout” dark in the room to sleep. No storage for clothing;...

「This was our 14th time to rent Deer Ridge in the past 12 years. It has been our little piece of heaven away from the busy-ness of our lives here in Huntsville. However, over the past 4-5 years, the owners have allowed this property to gradually fall into dis-repair and un-attractiveness - - It is no longer an appealing place for us to stay. They have reduced the amenities to almost nothing and the maintenance to the “bare essentials” - - the cabin was not near as clean as it formerly was and...

「We had a fabulous time at the Cactus cabin! Communication was amazing, which was good because we were there during the big flash floods We had open communication and great information on how high the cabin was. Unfortunately HWY 16 shut down during our stay. Since we could not travel on the highway, we had lots of time at the cabin. The hot tub was nice and the cats kept us company on the porch. I would recommend staying in this quaint little cabin.」

「Such attention to detail! There were other rentals on what was once a farm, yet it felt private in our rental. Easy parking. Each place well marked, so no question which was ours when checking in. The patio was fabulous. So was watching the sunset out back. Great bed and linens. Perfect for our stay. Location was private, yet a very short drive to Main St and so much more. Our first trip to that area. Highly recommend.」
