Sugar Mountain Getaway with Big Views

Escape to The Reserve at Sugar Mountain and experience mountain living at its finest in Reserve 13C. This beautifully appointed villa features upscale décor, a spacious open floor plan, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Unwind on the expansive 300-square-foot covered balcony while taking in the breathtaking long-range mountain views—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, private balcony access, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. A private guest bedroom is located off the kitchen and includes a queen-size bed with access to a full bath, making this villa ideal for up to four guests. Conveniently located near all the area’s top attractions—including skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, and biking—Reserve 13C is the perfect retreat for every season.

Additional amenities include two assigned parking spaces (with overflow parking available), a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and essentials for light cooking, bed and bath linens, a washer and dryer, and secure Wi-Fi. The villa is accessed by 22 stairs leading down from the parking area, and once inside, everything is on one level for your comfort. This property also uniquely features a shared lower parking lot which provide a convenient 3- steps to the front door. Reserve 13C is just 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants and 15 minutes from Banner Elk.

Please be prepared for changing mountain weather—4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter. Come enjoy the beauty of Sugar Mountain and make memories that will have you planning your return before you even leave.
