Good place
Overall, the place is nice, good location, easy parking, nice pool/hot tub. When we arrived, the place had not been cleaned. It took forever to get through the Vacasa nonsense (entering a ticket, etc) to get someone to help us. They said they were supposed to call us for late check-in, but noone had called. They then came out to clean. We went to the gameroom to kill time. That area was a bit dilapitated - no ping pong balls for the table, etc. We then went back to the place after the cleaning, the kitchen was still dirty and dishwasher was full of dishes. (we unload dishes at home, not something we wanted to do for someone else on vacation that we paid for). When we called back, we got the runaround, got offered "free late checkout". When we called to get late check out on our departure day due to weather, they told us they would charge us. We reminded them they offered no charge and they had to go around and around until they finally remembered. All just very frustrating for a vacation that you pay for to get the runaround and have to clean your place before and after.
